Private Banking at BIM

Clients’ overall needs are assessed by individual Relationship Managers, advisors who are tasked with aiding clients with their investment decisions and allowing them to identify the solutions that best match their characteristics and goals.

In providing their advisory services, Relationship Managers draw on the support of the Bank’s central structure, within which the Wealth Management team is responsible for identifying the best investment opportunities and suggesting them to Relationship Managers.

Wealth Management consists of a group of analysts and sales/analysts who support Relationship Managers in building clients’ portfolios, selecting products managed by Symphonia and third-party investment houses, and defining overall asset allocation strategies for their clients.

The constant interaction between Wealth Management and Relationship Managers allows the Bank to provide true added value to its clients:

• constant monitoring of markets and asset management products;

• timeliness of information;

• maximum flexibility and rapidity of action;

• ongoing assessment of the correspondence of clients’ investments with their risk profiles.

BIM’s Relationship Managers do not support clients with financial decisions alone. Drawing on their skills, they aim to be, or become, their clients’ advisors on issues related to their personal and professional lives as well. The day-to-day work of Relationship Managers is aimed at building a long-term relationship with clients out of the awareness that only in-depth, lasting knowledge can ensure maximum satisfaction with the relationship.
