The main services that BIM Fiduciaria (the BIM Group’s trust company) offers to companies or private individuals are:

• Acting as trustee for securities management contracts or mutual fund shares;
• Acting as trustee for current accounts and securities deposits;
• Acting as trustee for units or shares of companies in Italy and abroad and performing all ensuing activities such as capital increases, participation in shareholders’ meetings, and disposals;
• Acting as trustee for securities trading contracts;
• Incorporation of companies in Italy and abroad, for example as part of corporate restructuring or the reorganisation of family assets;
• Asset planning assistance during generational/hereditary transitions and the conveyance of assets, including corporate assets, in collaboration with clients’ personal legal counsel and tax advisors
